When you are in the dojo you should conduct yourself in a respectful manor, before training you should be warming yourself up and stretching, or putting out mats and equipment if required.

Before the instructors come onto the dojo training area the whole class should be lined up facing the front of the class in complete silence on there knees.

When given a command in the dojo by any Instructor in the dojo you should respond with the word 'osu!' loud and clearly with respect! unless you have a question.

You should always be in full Karate Gi with the correct belt for your grade, tied in the traditional way. if you need to wear anything underneath your Gi it should be a while t-shirt. If you forget any part of your Gi, expect to pay in Press-ups!

Idle chat and conversation is not tolerated when training, all noise (apart from kei) should be kept to a minimum, no running in the dojo unless told otherwise.
