Stretching & exercises

Stretching is a very important part of your karate training. its primary purpose is to limber up your muscles so as not to pull or damage them while training. However regular stretching will improve your karate, it will allow you to kick higher, hold balance longer and move faster.

Stretching can be done in pairs or individually, you make sure that before every lesson you have stretched (if nothing else) your arms and legs.
